Best viewed in IE. :D  "These are not shoes, these are boots. :)" When God wants to talk to his people, He beckons them to come to the mountaintops: Moses, Abraham, and many more, even Jesus prayed for days there. And somehow, I heard a friend say, when your on top of the mountain, you would feel closer to God, and you would learn to appreciate the grandeur of His creation and have a glimpse of how Mighty and Wonderful our God the Creator is. Being on top of the mountains gives you a different perspective, a feeling that makes you realize that on top of all the hardships life on the planes, there is still something beautiful in them, but only from a different point of view. And, as my friend said, it is nice to have some time on the mountain top, where we could have a time alone for ourselves and be absorbed on the many heavenly beauties we could witness. Also, it may be a time to be closer to God,a time where we don't need to be reminded constantly that deep in the silence of our hearts, there lies a treasure that is God. That to express our love and amazement on the view from the top, we would have an idea on how God looks down upon us as His beloved little children.   | Pishoor! | Oct 9, 2009 |
